Each morning Kim and the bakers create some of the best pastries in the city! Scones, coffee cake and muffins are baked fresh every morning as well as cookies and cakes. If you'd like to have a meeting catered, just give the Plant folks 48 hours notice.

Not only is Kim making some of the best vegan pastries in town, she's now adding some gluten-free pastries to the Plant's array of delicious treats at our SW Corbett Avenue store. She is also making some savory items to balance all those sweet things.  Her creative energies are supported and complemented by the talents of Talon at CCP and Adam downtown.

Downtown Pastries

Coffee Plant goes to great lengths to ensure that our vegan pastries are free of animal products. Our bakers have verified ingredients right down to the charcoal used in the processing of the sugar, and we take extra care to prevent cross-contamination.  It should be noted, though that our downtown facility does produce pastries that contain nuts and persons with sensitivity should be mindful of this.

CCP & GF

CCP offers exclusively gluten-free pastries produced in a totally gluten-free environment.  We verify ingredients for everything in the kitchen.  Please note that many of these pastries do contain dairy products, but we have an array of cookies and bars that are dairy free.  Many products are soy free as well.  Our fantastic granola is vegan and sweetened with agave.
