Everything that you see is hand crafted in our 100% gluten-free facility! No need to worry about possible cross contamination here, we take great pride in keeping the gluten out of our kitchen! Each morning our bakers create some of the best gluten-free pastries in the city! Scones, coffeecakes, muffins, and more are baked fresh daily as well as cookies and cakes.
All of our products are created using a special gluten-free flour blend created by our head baker, Kim. We use a combination of white rice flour, tapioca flour, and potato starch for our pastry items and have a similar mix for our cookies. We can accommodate many food allergies, just ask one of our baker how.
Blueberry Granola Bar: This bar is the perfect start to even the toughest mornings! Full of oats, nuts, blueberries, and flax seeds this one will get you through a morning meeting or a road trip to the coast.
Gingerbread Bar: A mix of spices, molassas, and apple sauce. This dairy-free bar has a great flavor kick and will leave your taste buds satisfied.
Pumpkin Bar: This delicous, melt in your mouth bar will satisfy your strongest morning cravings! Full of pumpkin flavor and the perfect blend of spices it can stand alone or be paired with a chai latte. This bar is dairy-free and available in a vegan version as well. A shop favorite that you need to try!
Stumptown Espresso Brownie: There is no messing around when it comes to CCP and chocolate. These stumptown brownies have the great flavor or Stumptowns Hairbender blend mixed with almost 1/4 pound of chocolate in each bar!
Pecan Pie Bar: All the wonderful components of Pecan Pie in bar form! This seasonal bar won't be around for long so come get it before its gone.
Sour Cream Coffeecakes: These moist slices of coffeecake are a top seller at our shop. Multiple flavors are availble during weekdays, come in a see whats fresh today. Flavors: Apple, Blueberry, Banana, Lemon Poppy Seed, and Pumpkin Pecan

Breads: Our breads are good for sandwiches, paired with soups, and toasted with butter. They have the light, fluffy texture of a traditional loaf, and full of flavor. Flavors include: White, Brown, and Sourdough, which can also be made vegan.
Cookies: We offer a large variety of cookies, many of which can be made dairyfree or vegan, Perfect paired with a glass of milk, they will satisfy your afternoon sweet tooth. Flavors include: Chocolate Chip, Double Chocolate Brownie, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, Coconut Macaroon, and Oatmeal Cranberry.
Cakes and Cupcakes: Our cakes are round 6” or 9” two-layer cake filled and frosted in the flavors of your choice. The cupcakes are 2” standard cupcake size with your choice of frosting. Cake flavors: Vanilla, Banana, Chocolate, Carrot, Coconut, Lemon, Spice, Stumptown Espresso, and White Chocolate. Frostings: Chocolate, Ganache, German Choclate, Cream Cheese, Lemon, Mint, and Swiss Meringue Buttercream.
Cheesecakes: A Classic New York style cheesecake, this smooth, creamy confection will melt in your mouth. Flavors include: Vanilla, Chocolate, Berry Swirl, Lemon, and Pumpkin. You can choose between our Oat Nut crust or the Double Chocolate Brownie crust. All can be made vegan.
